Pavon fron Cros des Calades is a natural sparkling wine from Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier from vines of an average age of 30 years. The wine is made from direct pressing followed by a fermentation with indigenous yeast. A subtle freshness in the mouth with aromatique notes of fresh fruits. Perfect for festive drinks and aperitif moments, to be drank at 8 to 10 degrees it will be a big hit.

The Cros des Calades is a newly created winery by Florence and Benoit Chazallon du Chateau de la Selve. They vinify the organic grapes of 5 vineyards around their cellar that are only 5 km away. It is situated in Grospierre in the southern rhone region. They have the same ethos as on their main Chateau, respect of the soil, minimal intervention in the vineyard and the winery. In order to have purity and freshness in their wines. The wines are easy drinking and fit perfectly well in their range of products.The Ballon range is declined in Red, White, and Rosé.
