Domaine des Hautes  in the Loire valley produces Noelles, Les Parcelles 2019, Muscadet cote de Grandlieu white wine, from the grape variety Melon de Bourgogne,  This elegant wine,  pale green in colour, has a floral nose with scents of white peach, grapefruit and green apple moving on to mineral notes. The wine is slightly pearling on the mouth due to the carbonic gas issue of the fermentation. A fresh attack of citrus fruit lets place to a solid structure with fruit and an almond finish.
