Domaine Tatin

Taking over the family farm in 1988 Chantal Wink and Jean Tatin started the revival of Quincy A.O.L – a stunning 300 hectare site rich with verdant sweeping views. Not content with this achievement they dreamt of creating a new and improved vineyard in their own image and raising the bar even higher. Before long “Les demoiselles Tatin” was born, their dream fully realised. Here was a fertile land planted with Pinot Noir grapes for red wine and Sauvignon Blanc for white, a domain that combined young and old vines to produce expressive wine for the ages.
