Crémant d'Alsace
Crémant d’Alsace is a sparkling wine produced in the Alsace wine region of France. It is made using the traditional method, similar to that used for Champagne, and is characterized by its fine bubbles and delicate flavours. The wines are made from a blend of grape varieties such as Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Riesling and Chardonnay. The wines are known for their floral and citrus aromas, and are often aged for a minimum of 18 months before release. Crémant d’Alsace is protected by the AOC “Crémant d’Alsace” which ensures that it is made according to traditional methods and meets certain quality standards. It is a perfect wine for celebrations and aperitifs, also pairs well with seafood and fish dishes.
